Appointment:
For stationary laying inside buildings and structures and work in the frequency range up to 100 MHz, category 5, 5e, with an operating alternating voltage of not more than 145 V.

Design:
1. Conducting vein -
a soft copper wire with a diameter of 0.52 mm. insulation is polyethylene.
2. Twisting - two isolated conductors (a and b), sharply different in color; twisted in pairs by unidirectional twisting. The pairs are twisted into four-pair elementary beams, or the core (one-, two-,
three-or ten-pair cable) unidirectional twisting of pairs. The nominal number of pairs in the cable must be from 1 to 50.

3. Belt insulation - polyethylene terephthalate or polypropylene foam films. The screen - for KSVPVe, KSVPPe, KSVPPetr - from an aluminum-polyethylene tape.
4. Sheath - in cables of KSVPV and KSVPVe brands - made of PVC compound; in cables of KSVPVng brands - from low-flammability PVC compound; in cables of the KSVPP, KSVPPe, KSVPPtr, KSVPPetr brands - from polyethylene.
5. Cable - for KSVPTPtr, KSVPPetr (nominal number of pairs from 1 to 4) - galvanized steel wire with a diameter of 0.9 - 2.2 mm.

Specifications:

KSVPTPtr -High-frequency structured cable with polyethylene insulation of conductors, in a sheath of polyethylene with a supporting cable made of galvanized steel wires.

KSVPPetr- High-structured structured cable with polyethylene core insulation, with a screen made of aluminum-polymer tape, in a sheath made of polyethylene with a supporting cable made of galvanized steel wires.

KSVPPE - High-frequency structured cable with polyethylene core insulation, with a screen made of aluminum-polymer tape, in a sheath of polyethylene.

KSVPVe - High-frequency structured cable with polyethylene core insulation, with a screen made of aluminum-polymer tape, in a sheath made of PVC compound.

KSVPP - High-structured structured cable with polyethylene core insulation, sheathed in polyethylene.

KSVPVng - High-frequency structured cable with polyethylene insulation of cores, in a sheath of low flammability polyvinyl chloride plastic compound.

KSVPV - High-frequency structured cable with polyethylene insulation of conductors, in a sheath made of PVC compound.

Service and assembly conditions:

Cables are designed for laying mechanized and manual at temperatures from minus 10 ºС to plus 60 ° С.
The tensile load of the cables should be no more than 50 N / mm2 of the total cross section of the conductive conductors.
When laying single cables of the KSVPV, KSVPVE brands or bundles of cable of the KSVPVng brand in fire hazardous places, measures must be taken to prevent the spread of burning.
The permissible bending radius of the cables must be at least 10 maximum outer diameters of the cable.
The climatic conditions under which the operation of cables is allowed should be as follows:
- relative air humidity - up to 98 at a temperature of up to 35 ° C;

- the upper value of the ambient temperature is up to 60 ° C;

- lower temperature value up to minus 50 ° С for cables in a sheath or hose made of polyethylene and up to minus 40 ° С for cables in a sheath or hose made of PVC compound and low flammability PVC compound.

During the laying, installation and operation of cables, moisture or soil electrolytes may not enter the cable sheath through its ends. Submission to the core or application of substances to the cable sheath that adversely affects its insulation, sheath or hose is not permitted.
The construction length of cables of all brands must be at least 100 m.
The average service life for cables, subject to the requirements for operating conditions, should be 20 years. The average life is calculated from the date of manufacture of the cables.
