FUNCTION:
The cable is designed for installation in grounds of all categories, except for damaged by frozen deformations, in cable duct, tubes, blocks, collectors, tunnels on bridges and in mines, through shallow swamps and unnavigable rivers.

DESIGN

1. Central strength member – fibreglass plastic rod or steel rope
2. Modules with optical fibres produced by Fujikura, Corning, Draka
3. Hydrophobic filling in modules and between modules and sheath
4. Intermediate sheath from polyethylene
5. Armour from circular steel corrugated wires
6. Jacket from polyethylene

SERVICE AND ASSEMBLY CONDITIONS

1.    Operating temperature range - from -40°C to 70°C
2.    The cables are designed for mechanized and manual installation at a temperature not lower than -10°C
3.    |Admissible bending radius during assembly not less than 20 nominal cable diameters during operation and not less than 250 mm during installation and assembly
4.    The cables' service life - 25 years
5.    The cables are resistant to mold fungi, dew, rain, frost, salt fog, solar radiation, and damage by rodents
6.    The cable is supplied on wooden drums in compliance with State Standard 18690
