FUNCTION:

The cables are designed for operation in local primary communication networks with nominal voltage of remote power supply up to 225 and 145 V of alternating current of 50 Hz frequency and of voltage up to 315 and 200 V of direct current.

 

DESIGN:

  1. Current-carrying conductor – copper soft wire of 0,32 mm, 0,40 mm, 0,50 mm, 0,64mm.
  2. Insulation – polyethylene. Two insulated conductors of contrasting colours twistedin pairs. Number of pairs: from 5 to 600.
  3. Belt insulation – polypropylene foamed tape (or bag paper or polyvinylchloride tape).
  4. Filling – hydrophobinol.
  5. Screen – alumina polyethylene tape (aluminium tape laminated with polyethylene tape) ensures solid design together with hose polyethylene sheath and doesn’t let moisture in.
  6. Sheath – polyethylene.
  7. Armour – for cables with the number of pairs up to 30 inclusive steel corrugated armour 0,1 mm thick is lapped lengthwise with overlapping without welding. In this case lapping plastic tapes as a sublayer isn’t necessary. For cables with over 30 pairs armouring by coiling with steel corrugated tapes is carried out.
  8. Jacket from polyethylene.

The colour of insulation of bunch twisting of primary conductors – white or red; of additional conductors – blue, orange, green, brown, gray.

Labelling bunches for cables of 50 pairs and more – identification (coloured) polypropylene tape connecting bunches.

TPPep - Telephone cable with polyethylene insulation of conductors, screen from alumina polyethylene tape, in polyethylene sheath. For installation in telephone duct system, in collectors of mines, on the walls of buildings and hanging on overhead
transmission lines.

TPPepZ - The same, with hydrophobic filling. For installation in telephone duct system, in collectors of mines, on the walls of buildings and hanging on overhead transmission lines, in increased humidity environment

TPPepBbShp - Telephone cable with polyethylene insulation of conductors, screen from alumina polyethylene tape, in polyethylene sheath, armoured with corrugated lengthwise armour with anti-corrosive coating, with outside jacket from polyethylene. For installation in the grounds of all categories (except for mechanized – in rocky grounds), not prone to frozen deformations.

TPPepZBbShp - The same, with hydrophobic filling. For installation in the grounds of all categories (except for mechanized – in rocky grounds), not prone to frozen deformations, in increased humidity environment.

SERVICE AND ASSEMBLY CONDITIONS:

Operating temperature range – from -50°C to 60°C, with hydrophobic filling - from -50°C to 50°C
Installation and assembly of the cables – from -15°C to 50°C
The cable is supplied on drums
Sheath of the cable is air-tight and cold-resistant
Service life of the cable without hydrophobic filling – 20 years, with hydrophobic filling – 25 years
Warranty period – 3 years

2. Telephone Office Cables      ASK        ORDER     
of TSV, TSVng types

FUNCTION:

The cables are designed for installation of low-frequency station equipment.

 

 

DESIGN:

  1. Current-carrying conductor – copper soft wire of 0,32 mm, 0,40 mm, 0,50 mm.
  2. Insulation – polyvinylchloride elastron. Two insulated conductors of different colours twisted in pairs.Number of pairs: 5, 10, 16, 20, 30, 41, 50, 64, 103.
  3. Belt insulation – polyethyleneterephthalate tape.
  4. Screen – alumina polyethylene tape.
  5. Sheath for TSV – polyvinylchloride elastron, for TSVng – elastron not spreadingcombustion.

The colour of insulation of primary conductors – white (natural) or red.
The colour of insulation of additional conductors – blue, orange, green, brown, gray.

TSV - Telephone station cable with copper conductors, with isolation from polyvinyl chloride plastic compound, in a sheath from polyvinyl chloride plastic compound.

TSVng - Station telephone cable with copper conductors, with isolation from polyvinyl chloride plastic compound, in a sheath made of polyvinyl chloride plastic compound of reduced combustibility.

SERVICE AND ASSEMBLY CONDITIONS:

Assembly of the cables should be carried out at a temperature not lower than -10°C with bending radius not less than tenfold value of outside diameter of the cable.
The cable is supplied on drums, undersized pieces may be supplied in coils.
Sheath of the cable is air-tight.
Service life of the cable – 15 years.
Warranty period – 3 years.

3. Telephone and mine cable     ASK        ORDER     
of TPPSHng,TPPSHv,TPPBbSHng, TPPBbSHv types

FUNCTION:

The cable are used in the local telephone systems with varying to 225V voltage, 50Hz frequency with constant voltage to 315 Hz, including for local communication arrangement in an explosive environment and in room filled with maximum allowable concentration of chemically active substances.

 

DESIGN:

  1. Conductors - Solid copper wire diameter of 0,40; 0,64mm
  2. Insulation of conductors - Potyethylene
  3. The number of pairs - From 5 to 100 for TPPSHv, TPPSHng of conductor diameter of 0,40; 0,64mm; From 20 to 100 for TPPBbSHv, TPPBbSHng of conductor diameter of 0,40; 0,64mm
  4. Core wrapping - PP cavitated film
  5. Shield - Aluminium foil, laminated with a polyethylene film, provides a solid construction including cab-tyre polyethylene sheath and protects from water
  6. Sheath - Cab-tyre potlyethylene
  7. Armour - Laying of steel corrugated armour with width of 0,1mm with overlapping without welding is done for the cable with up to 30 pairs. Adding of plastic tapes as a sublayer isn’t necessary. Armouring with steel zinced wrapping is made for cable with more than 30 pairs.
  8. Protective outer hose - PVC-compound or PVC-compound of lowered flame resistance

TPPBbSHng - Communications telephone cable with coppercentral cores, polyethylene insulation and cover, shielded, steel-tape armored, in jacket from PVCcompound, flame-retardant. Direct burial in soil of all types (except for mechanical installation in rocky soil), which didn’t go though cryogenic damage upon a group installation.

TPPSHv - Communications telephone cable with copper central cores, polyethylene insulation and cover, shielded, in jacket from PVC-compound.  For cable duct system, collectors, mines, outdoor and indoor cable installation and cable suspension on struts upon a single installation.

PPBbSHv - Communications telephone cable with copper central cores, polyethylene insulation and cover, shielded, steel-tape armored, in jacket from PVCcompound. Direct burial in soil of all types(except for mechanical installation in rocky soil), which
didn’t go though cryogenic damage upon a single installation.

SERVICE AND ASSEMBLY CONDITIONS:

Operating temperature range: from -40 ºС to +50 ºС

Laying and installation of the cable should be carried out at an ambient temperature not lower than - 10 ºС.

The permissible bending radius during installation is at least 10 maximum outer diameters for unarmoured cables, at least 15 maximum outer diameters for armored cables.

Building length: not less than 400 m.

Service life is 20 years.

The warranty period is 2 years, the period is calculated from the date the cable was put into operation, but no later than 6 months from the date of manufacture.

4. Local Telephone High-Frequency Cables for subscriber access    ASK        ORDER

FUNCTION:

The cables are designed for operation at local telephone networks equipped with digital systems of subscriber access (xDSL) with transfer rate up to 2048 Kbit/sec, cable distribution television networks and ensured remote power supply up to 500 V of direct current.

 

DESIGN:

  1. Current-carrying conductor – soft copper wire of 0,32 mm, 0,40 mm, 0,50 mm, 0,64 mm diameter. Insulation – polyethylene. Two insulated conductors of contrasting colours, twisted in pairs. The number of pairs from 5 to 600.
  2. Belt insulation – polypropylene foamed tape.
  3. Filling – hydrophobinol.
  4. Screen – alumina polyethylene tape (aluminium tape laminated with polyethylene tape) ensures solid design jointly with hose
  5. Polyethylene sheath and doesn’t permit moisture penetration.
  6. Sheath –polyethylene.
  7. Armour – for cables with the number of pairs up to 30 inclusive steel corrugated armour of 0,1 mm thickness with overlapping without welding is lapped lengthwise. In this case lapping plastic tapes as a sublayer isn’t necessary.

SERVICE AND ASSEMBLY CONDITIONS:

Cable laying and installation should be carried out in air:

  • for cables with a polyethylene sheath without hydrophobic filler - from - 15 ° С to + 60 ° С
  • for cables with a polyethylene sheath with a hydrophobic filler - from - 10 ° С to + 50 ° С

Permissible bending radius:

  • unarmoured cables: at least 10 diameters across the plastic sheath.
  • armored cables: at least 12 diameters in a plastic sheath.

The tensile load of the cables during installation should be no more than 50 N / mm2. total cross-section of conductive conductors.

Cables are used in conditions not characterized by increased external electromagnetic influence.

Construction length of cables of all brands with the number of pairs:

  • Up to 30 inclusive: not less than 400 m;
  • 50 and 100: not less than 300 m;
  • 200-300: not less than 250 m;
  • 400-600: at least 200 m.

Average life for cables:

  • without hydrophobic core filling - 20 years;
  • with hydrophobic core filling - 25 years.

Warranty period: 3 years from the date of commissioning.

5. Local Telephone High-Frequency Cables     ASK        ORDER     
of KSPP, KSPZP, KSPPB, KSPZPB types

FUNCTION:

The cables are designed for interchange links and subscriber lines with transmission systems with temporary division of channels and pulse-code modulation with transfer rate up to 2048 Kbit/sec with remote power supply voltage up to 500 V of direct current.

 

DESIGN:

  1. Current-carrying conductor – soft copper wire of 0,90 mm, 1,20 mm diameter.
  2. Insulation – polyethylene, belt insulation – polyethylene.
  3. Screen – alumina polyethylene tape. Armour – steel corrugated armour of 0,1 mm thickness with overlapping without welding is lapped lengthwise.
  4. Sheath – hose polyethylene.
  5. Hydrophobic filling – hydrophobinol.

KSPP - Local telephone cable with polyethylene insulation and polyethylene sheath. For installation in the ground not prone to shift, and in areas not characterized by high risk of damage by rodents.

KSPPB - Local telephone cable with polyethylene insulation, armoured, with polyethylene sheath. For installation in the ground not prone to shift, and in areas not characterized by high risk of corrosion towards steel armour.

KSPZP - Local telephone cable with polyethylene insulation, polyethylene sheath and hydrophobic filling. For installation in the ground not prone to shift, and in areas not characterized by high risk of damage by rodents, in increased humidity environment.

KSPZPB - Local telephone cable with polyethylene insulation, armoured, with polyethylene sheath and hydrophobic filling. For installation in the ground not prone to shift, and in areas not characterized by high risk of corrosion towards steel armour, in increased humidity environment.

SERVICE AND ASSEMBLY CONDITIONS:

Factory length – not less than 750 m, bolts – not less than 100 m in a quantity not less than 10% from overall length of a consignment dispatched to a single address.
Operating temperature range – from -50°C to 50°C under conditions of hardwiring, and from -10°C to 50°C under conditions of assembly and service bends, bending radius not over 15-fold diameter of the cable. Ultimate stress of the sheath not less than 4,9 MPa.
Strength of lengthwise rupture for 0,9 mm diameter – not less than 588 N, for 1,2 mm diameter – 882 N is supplied on drums.
The cable’s sheath is air-tight.

FUNCTION:

For setting up a telephone communication line and installing radios on distribution networks from the terminator to the subscriber and multiplexing the transmission with few-channel systems with temporary division of channels and pulse-code modulation at alternating operational voltage not over 145 V or direct voltage not over 200 V.

  7. Rope – steel low-carbon soaked with coating wire.

SERVICE AND ASSEMBLY CONDITIONS:

Installation and assembly of wires should be carried out at an air temperature from -10°C to 50°C.
Admissible bending radius of the cables - not less than 10 diameters on the sheath.
Factory length: for single-pair - not less than 500 m, for 2,3,4,5-pair – not less than 1000 m. In a consignment dispatched to a single address, 10% of undersized stubs not less than 250 m in length is permitted for a single-pair cable, for all the others – not less than 500 m in length.
By agreement of both sides, delivery of cables of any length is permitted.
Service life of the cables of MTPP, MTPPep, MTPVZ, MTPVshtZ types – 20 years,
MTPPZ, MTPPepZ type – 25 years,
MTPV, MTPVsht – 15 years.
Installation and assembly temperature - from -10°C to 50°C.
Moisture resistance of the cable is ensured by hydrophobic filling in the core.
