FUNCTION:
The cables are designed for electrical signalization units, centralization and blocking, fire alarm and automatics at 380 V nominal voltage of alternating current of 50 Hz frequency or 700 V of direct current.
DESIGN:
The cable can be with pair twisting or with single conductors. |
MARKING CABLE WHEN ORDERING: SBVG - Signal block cable with copper conductors, with insulation from polyethylene, in a sheath from polyvinylchloride elastron. For single installation in premises, dry channels and tunnels, in of aggressive environment, without mechanical affects on the cable. SBVGng - The same, in a sheath from polyvinylchloride elastron of reduced combustibility. For single installation in premises, dry channels and tunnels, in of aggressive environment, without mechanical affects on the cable, for installation in bunches. SBPu - Signal block cable with copper conductors, with insulation from polyethylene, in an extraheavy sheath from polyethylene. For installation in plastic pipe-lines, in the ground, in aggressive environment without mechanical affects on the cable. SBZPu - The same, with hydrophobic filling of the cable’s core. For installation in plastic pipe-lines, in the ground, in aggressive environment without mechanical affects on the cable in increased humidity environment. |
SERVICE AND ASSEMBLY CONDITIONS: |
Operating temperature range – from -40°C to 60°C (SBVG , SBVG ng), from -50°C to 60°C (SBPu, SBZPu). The cables are designed for mechanized and manual installation at a temperature from -15°C. Tensile load of the cables not over 50 N/mm2, of mutual cross-section area – the same, bending radius not less than 7 outside diameters of the cable. The cable is supplied on drums, small lengths may be supplied in coils. The cable’s sheath is air-tight and cold-resistant. Minimal service life of the cable without hydrophobic filling – 12 years, with hydrophobic filling – 17 Warranty period – 4,5 years of the cable’s date of manufacture. |
