FUNCTION:

Self-supporting shielded wire designed for trunks of overhead transmission lines and line branching from overhead transmission lines in the atmosphere of air types I and II according to State Standard 15150-69.

 

DESIGN:

  1. Phase conductor – aluminium, circular, multiwire, compacted.
  2. Carrier conductor – circular, multiwire, compacted from aluminium alloy or aluminium, reinforced with steel wire.
  3. Insulation of phase conductor from light-stabilized cross-linked polyethylene, neutral carrier conductor – not insulated.

SERVICE AND ASSEMBLY CONDITIONS:

Admissible heating of conductor during operation in normal conditions – not over 90°C
Admissible heating of conductor in case of a short circuit – not over 250°C
Environment temperature, from -60 to 50°C
It is recommended to carry out assembly at an environment temperature not lower than 20°C
Bending radius during assembly – not less than 10 diameters of the wire
Service life – 40 years
Warranty period – 3 years

FUNCTION:

Self-supporting shielded wire with current-carrying conductor from aluminium alloy designed for trunks of overhead transmission lines and line branching from overhead transmission lines in the atmosphere of air types I and II according to State Standard 15150-69, including seashores, salinas,
industrial regions and areas with saline sands.

  

DESIGN:

  1. Phase conductor – aluminium, circular, multiwire, compacted.
  2. Carrier conductor – circular, multiwire, compacted from aluminium alloy or aluminium, reinforced with steel wire.
  3. Insulation of phase and carrier conductors is from light-stabilized cross-linked polyethylene.

The wire is designed for overhead transmission lines at nominal voltage 10-35 kV in the atmosphere of air types I and II according to State Standard 15150-69, including seashores, salinas, industrial regions and areas with saline sands.

 

DESIGN:

  1. Current-carrying conductor - circular, multiwire, compacted from aluminium alloy or aluminium, reinforced with steel wire.
  2. Insulation of current-carrying conductor is from light-stabilized cross-linked polyethylene.

Self-supporting wire without carrier element, designed for overhead transmission lines branching to the lead-in and for installation on the walls of buildings and engineering structures in the atmosphere of air types I and II according to State Standard 15150-69.

 

DESIGN:

  1. Phase conductors from aluminium with insulation from light-stabilized crosslinked polyethylene without neutral (carrier) conductor.
  2. Phase conductors are compacted.

Electricity transmission in overhead electrical networks on the grounds of all macroclimatic regions with moderate and frigid climate.

 

DESIGN:

  1. Multiwire, twisted from hard aluminium wires.

SERVICE AND ASSEMBLY CONDITIONS:

Installation is carried out in the air on the supports of power lines in compliance with technical operation instructions of electrical installations electric power plants and networks.
Operating temperature – from -60°C to 40°C.
Admissible continuous temperature during operation – not over 90°C.
Service life – not less than 45 years.

6. WIRE OF TYPE AC (ACSR)    ASK    ORDER
 

FUNCTION:

Electricity transmission in overhead electrical networks on the grounds of all macroclimatic regions with moderate and frigid climate.

  1. Multiwire, twisted from hard aluminium wires.

FEATURES:

The peculiarity of wires of AC type is that there’s a central carrier core from a single or twisted steel
corrugated wires in them.
